Contract Bottling
The largest proportion of our business is packaging beer, we do however pack Cider and Carbonated Soft drinks. Our flexible bottling line can run at speeds of up to 8,000 bottles per hour. The majority of our work goes into 500ml tray and shrink, but we aim to accommodate all your packaging requirements whether this is bottle size, label preference or final packaging format, we will undertake all production runs on volumes of 10 barrels and above.
Largely our packaged products are carbonated and tunnel pasteurised, we are also currently developing the option for bottle conditioning.
We believe in providing you with a quality finished product, which is why we possess three labelling facilities to give you a large and diverse choice in the way your product is finished.
Currently our three labelling facilities are:
- Wet glue labelling with front, back and neck format
- Self-adhesive labelling with front, back and neck format
- and finally a ¾ wrap self-adhesive labeller.
