Holden’s Bottling Celebrates Its First Values Champions
Holden’s Bottling is proud to recognise the first recipients of the Holden’s Bottling Values Champion Award, celebrating team members who consistently demonstrate the values that underpin the business.

Over the past year, the leadership team at Holden’s Bottling has been working with Gerard Wood and the team at Auralius Delta to define and embed the core values that guide how the company operates and how colleagues work together across the business.
These are captured in the Holden’s Bottling THIRST values:
Trust
Human
Integrity
Responsibility
Sustainability
Tenacity
The first Values Champion Award was decided through a peer vote within the Holden’s Bottling management team, recognising individuals who consistently demonstrate these values through their day‑to‑day work, attitude and support for colleagues.
The joint winners were Frank Sousis and David Porter.
Frank Sousis has made a significant impact in stock control at Holden’s Bottling, bringing organisation, structure and reliability to a critical part of the operation. His colleagues recognised the way he quietly takes ownership of his role, gets on with the job, and approaches work with a consistently positive, can‑do attitude.
At the same time as receiving the award, David Porter was promoted from Operations Manager to General Manager, recognising the leadership and responsibility he has taken on within the business. David was acknowledged by his peers for the way he consistently demonstrates trust, integrity and accountability while helping drive Holden’s Bottling forward.
The Values Champion Award marks the beginning of what Holden’s Bottling intends to become a lasting tradition within the company. While the inaugural award was decided through a peer vote within the management team, future awards will be nominated and voted for by colleagues across the entire Holden’s Bottling business.
Congratulations to Frank Sousis and David Porter, the first Holden’s Bottling Values Champions
