Holden’s Team Members Recognised for outstanding contributions

Charlotte

Charlotte (left) has been awarded Employee of the Month in recognition of her dedication, excellent work ethic, and willingness to go the extra mile. She consistently approaches her work with enthusiasm, supports those around her and has made a positive contribution to the team through her commitment and professionalism.

Charlotte is also continuing to develop into a strong leader, setting a positive example for others and taking on additional responsibility with confidence. Her growth and commitment have not gone unnoticed, and she is becoming an increasingly valuable asset to both the team and the business.

Natasha

Natasha (right) has been recognised as Employee of the Month for her hard work, reliability, and positive attitude. She is always willing to support her colleagues and consistently demonstrates a high standard of commitment, making her a valued member of the team.

Throughout June, Natasha provided me with a great deal of support, always being on hand to help wherever needed. Her willingness to step up and assist has been greatly appreciated and has made a real difference.

Kristian

Steve

Steve was awarded Employee of the Month for his instrumental support to Site.

We had a major issue on the new Seamer on Canning and Steve was able to turn this repair around over a weekend using an outside fabrication company and his knowledge to ensure repair was completed ready for Production on Monday morning.
